How we work

We find out what's true. Then we go.

Onboarding is four steps over four to six weeks. By the end you have a written view of your market position, a route decision, and a 30/60/90 plan - for most clients, with outreach already running alongside it.

Where we start from

Most companies arrive without a complete commercial picture - that's normal. Our job is to find where the thinking runs out, form a view, test it with independent research, and give you a recommendation we'll stand behind. “We don't know yet” is an input, not a problem.

Chapter 01 - The first four to six weeks

Four steps, in order, with the strategy at the end.

01

Onboarding pack

A written picture of where you are - product, evidence, compliance, commercial model, target market - completed before we meet. Kickoff starts informed, not cold.

02

Kickoff

We agree objectives, roles and cadence, and open your playbook as a shared working document. A working plan on day one - the strategy comes at step four.

03

Discovery session

A working session that goes deep where the picture is thin. We challenge your thinking where it's well formed - and help shape it where it isn't.

04

Gap analysis and build plan

Readiness scores, the route decision, and a 30/60/90 plan - in writing. The point where the engagement has a strategy, not just momentum.

Chapter 02 - The route decision

We tell you which one you're on - within the first six weeks, not at month six.

The gap analysis ends in a call, and we make it out loud. Every engagement is on one of two routes, and you will know which before the first invoice cycle is out.

Route A - sell while strengthening

The proposition holds. Outreach runs while we close the gaps behind it.

Route B - fix before selling

Evidence or positioning isn't there yet. We say so, and building it comes first.

Chapter 03 - Then, on repeat

A rhythm, not a launch and a wave goodbye.

The work runs

Every week

Your embedded team runs outreach and progresses what comes back. You get the numbers weekly, and a catch-up to go with them.

We review the pipeline

Every month

A working session on what's landing, what isn't, and what changes next. Rolling monthly terms throughout - if it isn't working, you're not tied in.

We review the strategy

Every quarter

A step back against the playbook: are we on the right route, and does the plan still hold? Strategy stays a live decision, not a launch document.

Your playbook stays live

Throughout

Every decision, route and plan lives in one shared document. At the end of the engagement it's your UK GTM strategy - not a report about one.

What we need from you

A named owner with decision access. The onboarding pack back before kickoff. Your existing materials and evidence. Time for the monthly review.

Describes our commercial growth engagements. Market access, evidence, and software engagements start differently.

Start with the pack. We'll bring the read.

Tell us where you are and we'll send the onboarding pack. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
